Optional Real Estate Website Construction Services

These optional services are not included in the standard real estate website construction package because they are based on individual client needs, budgets and choices.

  • Transfer existing website pages (up to 50 pages) and SEO tags to new website: $450
  • Transfer existing WordPress posts and comments data (WordPress-to-WordPress only, up to 100 posts with associated comments): $250
  • Install and integrate 3rd party IFramed IDX into WordPress or Joomla site ( MyBuyingBuddy, WolfNet, etc.): $100
  • Add a WordPress blog as a sub-domain to your Joomla core website: $350.
    Your blog would be skinned to match and complement your main website's colors, and will include the same additional plugins we would normally install on a free-standing WordPress website. This option would be most appropriate for a multi-agent office, or a large agent or team website. It would keep blog users and the blogging environment in their own little world, away from the mission critical main site.
  • Build custom website graphics header based on client provided image and text: $100.
  • Ultimate IDX Integrated IDX Implementation support services: $250.
    These services would be required if the client elects to implement the UIDX integrated IDX, as it involves a number of fairly complex setup and configuration tasks. This includes:
    • Coordination of all technical requirements, domain name transfers if needed, email setups if needed, and other basic implementation services with UIDX management and technical staff
    • Working with client, setup client specific site options, including admin user and additional agent setups
    • Up to 2 hours of general consultation and hands-on training on effective use of the UIDX product
  • UIDX Pass-through one time setup fee (UIDX staff and resource schedules may affect availability and schedule) : $250 Single Agent or $350 Small Office/Team. This incudes Implementation of the UIDX "as delivered" basic package search forms and display templates.
  • Implement the advanced custom UIDX search forms and display templates developed by DenverRealEstateSites, as shown on our own featured Denver real estate site: $495
  • UIDX Pass-through monthly website and IDX Hosting Fee: $70/mo Single Agent or $110/mo Small Office/Team. Check their website for current pricing and terms.
